Mounting systems

All the mounting systems we use are either stainless steel (304) or aluminium, and made in Germany. Our supplier offers a 15 year guarantee on all mounting systems. Below you can see a selection of the most common parts which are used for installing solar modules.

The type and material of the roof decides which kind of mounting systems that are used.

Jual is making a series of sturdy mounting systems for fastening of your solar modules to the roof. The system is dimensioned for triple capacity, so your panels are safe in stormy weather.

This roof fastener is used for clay and concrete tiles, and are screwed directly into the construction.

We always use adjustable brackets, so the modules are mounted flush with the surface of the roof.

The fastener is made from stainless steel.

Centerclamp for use between two modules. The clamp is mounted with a bolt to the alu rail and hold the module in place.

The silver color is used for modules that are not black. The clamps have to be ordered to fir the specific module.

Middle clamp made from black aluminium. which is used with black solar modules.

Have to be ordered so they fit the frame height of the module.

Angle bracket for flat roofs. Is available in 10, 20, 25 and 30 degree angle.

We also have solutions where the module is mounted either horizontally or vertically

For the cables, that leads from the modules to the inverter, you need these plugs which are mounted after the cable is mounted.

The vital part of mounting the modules is the cable that transfers the power. DC cables can be either 1x6 or 1x4 RADOX or similar.

It is very important to use top quality cables, since they will be mounted on the roof for several years.
